Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order, provided the order has not already entered processing, customization, packing or dispatch. The earlier of those events controls.
How to Cancel
Email Info@theveyronstore.uz with the subject “Cancellation Request” and include your order number, full name and the email or phone used at checkout. A cancellation is effective only after we confirm it in writing.
After Processing or Dispatch
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. After delivery, you may request a return if the item qualifies under our 7-day Return Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment-provider, currency-conversion or non-recoverable transaction charges may be deducted where permitted by law. Banks may take additional time to display the refund.
Cancellation by The Veyron Store
We may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, delivery restrictions or an error in product information. If we cancel after payment, the amount collected for the cancelled item will be refunded.
