Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from marks, odours or damage. All original tags, packaging and included accessories must be returned. We recommend trying garments carefully and keeping all packaging until you decide to retain the item.
How to Request a Return
- Email Info@theveyronstore.uz within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Include your order number, item name and reason for return.
- Wait for written approval and the return address/instructions.
- Send the item using a tracked service and retain proof of shipment.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping and safe delivery back to us unless we confirm that the item arrived incorrect, damaged or defective. Unapproved or cash-on-delivery returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us as soon as possible and within the 7-day period. Include clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and approval. When a direct exchange is unavailable, the original item may be returned under this policy and a separate order placed for the preferred item.
