Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
International Delivery
International delivery is generally targeted within 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs checks, carrier delays, weather, public holidays or an incomplete address.
Shipping Cost
Any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment. A free-shipping promotion may be subject to destination, order value or product restrictions.
Customs and Import Charges
The customer is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage fees and customs requirements unless checkout specifically states that they are included.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking details are provided when available. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and should monitor the shipment. Risk of loss passes as determined by applicable law and the carrier’s confirmed delivery records.
Delivery Problems
If tracking shows a problem or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact Info@theveyronstore.uz with your order number. Report visible damage promptly and retain all packaging.
